CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be a 50% charge on any rescheduling, cancellations or no shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please communicate before the 48 hours if you are not going to make the appointment. If you are rescheduling you are required to make a new refundable deposit fee. The fee is depending on what services you are getting since it is set at different pricing. You do have a 10 min Grace period but after there will be a late charge fee of $10 anything after 15 mins will result in cancelling your appointment and have to reschedule. Please communicate before hand!
